It is located along the Export Processing Zone Authority (EPZA) Diversion Road in Brgy. Tejero, and features a mix of tenants that cater to the demands of the thriving community in General Trias. Derrick Candelaria, lease director for the commercial center division of Robinsons Land Corporation told reporters in an interview during the opening of the mall last May 26, "The direction for all our new malls is for us to deliver full service malls. To define full service, we usually have services from supermarkets all the way to cinemas." "The idea is, we put value on the customers' experience now. They go there, it's a one stop shop for everything" he added.
